Yeah, Pakistani food Kota curry is almost same as Turkish kofta I cannot imagine few food are quite resemblance world wide.
Moreover the spices used in Turkish kofta were almost same like in Pakistani kofta the difference is that we normally not stir fry it rather added it gravy the remaining recipes are same I am happy today I cooked a different dish for my family and they loved it's unique taste.
Through this challenge I enabled myself to learn global food and it's diversity and how they closely resemblance with Pakistani food.
4- Which flavour or spice do you like from Turkish cuisine ?(1pt)
There are many spices I liked the cumin seeds, coriander, addition of Fresh parsley the black pepper I really liked it and also commonly used in my daily food.
But addition of spices in grind form obviously give different flavours and I really enjoyed it's unique taste in my dish.
Now a days world is global and certainly spices are quite similar used in other part of world and there taste become delicious.
It's all about my today's post.
