We don't usually eat the same type of fruit every day or in a week. We eat different types of fruit every day. My favorite fruit this week is Watermelon.

Watermelon is very beneficial for skin health. The juice of this summer fruit removes the dehydration of our skin. Watermelon contains a lot of vitamins A, B, C. Vitamin A is very important for the nutrition of not only the skin, but also all organs including eyes, hair, nails, teeth. This summer fruit contains about 93-95 percent water. Collagen prevents the shrinkage of our skin. Watermelon increases the collagen of our skin. Those who regularly do night duty, those who have to work in the sun for a long time, their skin becomes dark. Dryness comes. Watermelon can also be used as a skin scrubber to remove dryness of the skin. Watermelon juice contains a lot of antioxidants. Which helps us maintain our youth.
