20 STEEM Worth Of Seafoods At Cansaga

Seafoods one of my favorites but it is expensive. but you can buy it cheaper at the Cansaga Morning Market. Same as last week I bought worth of 20 STEEM (150 PESOS). It includes small fish, crabs, and shrimps. I also bought spices for my cooking.

Ingredients:
- Crabs and Shrimps
- Oyster Sauce
- Onions
- Garlic
- Tomatoes
- Green Chili
- Ginger
- Calamansi
- Cooking Oil

I prepared and cleaned all the ingredients. Heat cooking oil in a pan saute the vegetables. After it became soft and aroma went out, put in a separate plate. In the same pan saute the crabs and shrimps. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, a table spoon of calamansi, and half cup of water and bring to boil.

Then add the vegetables, mix , and cook for another 5 minutes and done. I enjoyed it with rice and made about 3 servings. It was a little spicy and I liked it.

I also made kinilaw out of 20 STEEM. Just remove the head of small fish and slice it. Then soak into a bowl of vinegar. Mix with salt and chilis. I also added sliced cucumber. 20 STEEM worth of seafood at Cansaga was more than enough.
