Weekly Report as Steem Representative, April 3 to April 9, 2025

Untitled2234.jpg

Hi, all fellow Steemians,

Good evening from Canberra,

The way Steemit team is visiting different applicants and asking for their strategy which is mostly related to AI, I am sure we are going to see a couple of projects that will infuse new life to Learning Season 24. I am curious to see what season 24 has in its store that will attract users and prompt them to contribute.

On the SEC front, I am glad to see there are couple of nice ideas so I guess things should come back to normal, although the picture is not clear yet.

For me, I have always believed that fiction writing is fun, but is it? As a fiction writer and part of Dream Steem, I believe it is more than fun and a lot of hard work. I first wrote my articles in the fiction niche in Colombia-Original, which earned me a few cents, and of course, Steemians started to recognize me.

I guess it took me more than one year, and then I started contributing in other communities and had more fun. But one thing is sure: once you start writing and understand how to write in the fiction niche, there is no stopping; however, it needs to be read and understood and thought about in the process, the real world, before you can enjoy going along to learn how to write fiction.

I generally use my personal experience and imagination to make my stories. What I love best about fiction is how you build the characters and how they take over the story from you. In fact, fiction is all about letting the horses run at their own pace. One has to weave a story around his thought process while giving freedom to his characters. That's what I have in my mind if I get the nod from Steem Blog.

My power-ups

I have gone well past the 47 K mark even if the screenshot is not showing it because I will power up tomorrow. I am looking forward to adding as many SPs as I can.

I continued posting in the traveling and fiction communities:

In fact, I did most of my writing in travel and fiction this week.

Offline, I was busy with my official project, which is back in full swing, but I will see to it that I add a few more accounts to my existing list of clients. I am sure I will do something that brings more business to my company in the coming months. As I said, I visited a few of my old clients and started working on developing a couple of new accounts.

Newbie Promotional Program

A New Initiative to help newbies

As I have been reporting, I changed my "Newbie Promotional Program." I have raised the rank limit from 50 to 55, as I feel this will give me a little more liberty to select promising Steemians. I am not satisfied with my present strategy so I guess I need to change my strategy and start doing something different.

To support newbies, I am already doing as much despite being busy with my offline project and online writing but planning to help them in their writing journey on Steemit with a couple of new strategies that will encourage them to share about their region and country. As I said I will change my strategy within next few weeks.

I am proud to announce once again that I supported as many newbies as I could through various methods, including setting them as beneficiaries in my posts every week, which helps them stay positive.

However, I visited and found promising authors from the newcomers' community and selected my quota of two of the best, irrespective of their club status, communities, and countries, but I couldn't spend time with newbies on their or my posts as much as I generally do.

I supported two more newbies, with a difference this week as I added two beneficiaries in my one post. As I always mention, I will keep supporting newbies because my "Newbie Support Program is working well, and I feel good when I see newbies feel motivated and respond happily through their comments.

My selected users

As a routine, I selected "newbie," @ntyprince the first beneficiary of the week.

I selected for this post:

Achievement - 1: My introduction post to steemit: Mentorship

As usual, I am writing a message on the selected posts, and some of them understand the meaning of my message, so they feel happy and respond positively because they feel someone cares for them.

I posted a comment on this post and received a response:

Wanaa Laugh? Choice is yours!

A message on that post, whom I have set as beneficiaries in this post.

Moderator Duty

I completed my weekly duty as moderator, which took a lot of my time but had too few real travel posts, but mostly diary posts. However, the travelers posting their travel experiences compensated for my time and efforts.

Again, I am trying my best to support genuine queries by Steemians, both new and old, through various channels to support them in spreading awareness and pacifying them in case anyone has a problem, but there were not many newcomers this week that came to seek my support; rather, they kept tagging me in their posts.

My Account Summary

My CSI again is up to the mark this week as I was online on Steemit for most of this week, so I visited as many posts as I normally do. That means I am back and doing my job as usual this week.

These are my regular posts

As usual, I am going to do my job without any partiality, always thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform on an equal basis. Last but not least, thanks to all the Steemians for all they do to support me and the Steemit platform in general.

I sincerely assure all Steemians that I will work harder in the coming weeks in case my plan for SC works according to my plan.

That's all for this week!

Thanks all; have a nice time ahead.

Yours sincerely,
