Today I have come in front of you all with a new competition. Today is the first week of my competition. The title of this competition is "Women in the Spotlight".

Women are the backbone of the family with their skills and work capabilities. Today in the first week, all of you tell me how women become the backbone of the family, how the whole family revolves around them.

"Feel free to share any personal happenings you may have had about being the backbone of the family this with us."
