My Favorite Fruit and Why I Love It
My favorite fruit is mango. Add to that the inviting scent and soft sweet touch of it and it just has its charm about. I have always been so excited for mango season from the time I was a child. It is a reminder of small victories every time i consume, I guess. Mango is one of those fruits that not only taste great, but takes me back to my sweet childhood days at my grandmother's house because we would pick mangoes straight from tree.

One of the things I eat more frequently is fruit. I eat it almost every day, as a morning snack, with lunch or as dessert at night. Bananas, mangoes watermelon papaya and oranges are some of my favorite fruits in addition to the mango.

Guestimator! They all taste and smell different, which I find interesting since I get to try something new. After eating fruit frequently I think this is the only way my body can get vitamins & fiber it need to be well.

You know the real deal about eating fruits on a regular basis. It was a closer: my digestion felt more fluid and leaner body. I used to feel very tired and tired. But ever since I have been eating fruit every day for at least a month, my body no longer caught a cold or something. My skin even looks clearer and glowing, like I never really cared about anything before.

I also really like fruit-based desserts and drinks. Mango smoothies and watermelon juice are two of my favorites. Besides being refreshing, both also provide a sense of satisfaction without guilt. I also like to make fruit salads with yogurt and honey, especially during hot weather. It is a healthy alternative to desserts that are too sweet or high in fat.

Fruit does have a special place in my life. Not only as a delicious food, but also as a source of small happiness and sustainable health. I believe that consuming fruit is not only about a healthy lifestyle, but also about enjoying the simple yet extraordinary gifts of nature.
