I hope you all are well and living a very happy and peaceful life with your loved ones. I am also fine by the grace of Allah.I tried very hard for the last two or three weeks to participate in this competition but I didn't have much time anyway, it is the month of Ramadan and one is busy doing worship all day and night. And I try to worship as much as possible in this month, we don't know when our life will end and we don't know whether we will be blessed with Ramadan or not, so I try as much as possible. Worship Allah and praise Him as much as possible. But this week I tried my best to participate in this competition, for the first time this morning I am going to participate in this competition of ma'am @suboohi. But before that I have participated in Ali's other competition but in this competition I have never taken part in this competition today I am going to participate in this competition. And I want to thank ma'am suboohi who organized this competition to make people more aware of Turkish food. Come on guys, without wasting your time, I start my post.

- Have you tried any Turkish food? Which Turkish food is available at your local places?
No, I have never eaten Turkish food before and I never had the chance to eat Turkish food and my family never had Turkish food and they never had the opportunity to eat Turkish food either. By Punjabi I am a Pakistani and I live in Sargodha city of Punjab in the morning of Pakistan, Turkish food is never served here. Many other foods are prepared in Sargodha, but I don't know that any region also prepares Turkish food. In Sargodha many other famous foods are made but Turkish food is not made here and people don't like it so people here don't eat Turkish food and Turkish food is not made here. If ever made, I would definitely eat it and try it. But my uncles live in Lahore and we visit them on Eid and they take us on a tour of Lahore and feed us the famous food of Lahore and I had a turkey Islak burger from there. Which was very delicious. At first I found the food to taste a bit strange but later I liked it very much. Some Turkish food can be found in Lahore and other cities of Pakistan, for example Islak burger ,sweet Borek , kumpir, lahamucn, kunefe, Doner kebab, pide baklava Turkish Delight, Cag kebab . Apart from this, famous foods of other countries are also found in Pakistan. Today the world has become so fast that if we want to eat something sitting at home and order it, it is delivered to our home.

Today I will share with you Turkish Cuisine recipe. Which is a very great and amazing dish. I took the chicken and dipped the chicken in curd. Then I took a basin, inside the basin I added salt, red chilli, hot spices, dried coriander and turmeric and mixed them well, after that I added a little water to it and mixed the basin. I added curd chicken to this basin and mixed them well. After that I put it in the fridge so that the spices and besan get well on the chicken and the spices get absorbed into the chicken so that it tastes delicious. Then after half an hour I put oil in a pan and put the pan on the stove and let the oil heat until the oil was hot I took out the chicken from the fridge on which I applied besan curd and spices. When the oil got hot, I put the chicken pieces one by one in the pan and kept frying them until they were fried well. This is how I prepared Chicken Taka Boti.

To make this competition more beautiful and to make it four moons, I also prepared a delicious curry recipe. To prepare this curry, I needed chongay and beef. To make Chunga beef curry, first I put the meat in a pot to boil in water and put it on the stove, then I added salt, chopped onions and tomatoes to it, then I added garlic paste to it. After that, I washed the chongay and cleaned them, then after cutting them, I put the chongay in a wood stick and clay bowl and grind them a little so that they become soft. Then I dipped the grand hui chonge in lassi to reduce their bitterness. After that I took out the chongay from the lassi and washed them with clean water then I put ghee in a pan and put it on the stove, after heating the ghee I put the chongay in it and fried it till the color of the chongay changed. I had already kept the meat on the second stove to boil, in which I had added tomato and garlic paste and salt, now I had boiled the meat with red chilli added to it. After adding red chillies I added ghee to it and then fried it well and added green chillies and kept roasting it. After roasting I added some water and then after 15 minutes I added ginger paste and chopped green coriander and hot spices and after cooking for some time I took it off the stove.

- Is your local cuisine has any food that resembles with shared recipe?
Yes, there is a dish in the local cuisine that matches this common recipe. Yes, the rice and chicken tikka boti that I prepared today is exactly like Pakistani takka boti . It also uses all the same spices and ingredients used in Pakistan's Taka Boti. There are many dishes in Pakistan that match it I substituted chickpeas here for potatoes so it matches that. In Pakistan, the dish of potatoes and meat is similar to this. Instead of potatoes, I put chunge here. In Pakistan, potato and meat dish is made in exactly the same way. Just mix potatoes here and it becomes a dish like Pakistan's potato and meat dish, but I added chunge here. I have added chunge here instead of potatoes . This dish is still not very popular in Turkey and it has not yet gained world fame, very few people know about it. Pakistani cooking methods and Turkish cooking methods and spices are exactly the same. In Pakistan red chillies are more bitter and in Turkey red chillies are not so bitter.

- which flavour and spice do you like Turkish cuisine?
Spices and flavors make any dish delicious and add more to its nutritional value. I like many Turkish spices for example black pepper cayenne pepper salt garlic lemon juice etc. Black pepper is used in many dishes at home and it is used in many dishes and adds more nutrition to the food. Lemon juice is used in many dishes, it is used to clean meat and remove the smell of fish.Black pepper and lemon juice are used to decorate the food and it adds to the beauty of the food. I mostly use black pepper in powder form and often make a powder of it and keep it in my kitchen. Whenever I cook meat, I always use lemon juice to remove the rawness of the meat. Black pepper and lemon juice are used in many Turkish dishes and add nutritional value to the food, for example in kebabs, beef, chicken, and Turkish pilaf.
