Hot, freshly fried piyaju was being made at a shop in the market. We went out and visited that shop to eat piyaju. That shop sells only one item, and that is piyaju. The piyaju there is so delicious that many people gather at the shop to buy it. The owner opens the shop in the evening, and it remains open from evening until around 10 or 11 at night. During that time, he keeps frying and selling hot piyaju.

So, tonight we went there. After arriving, we saw that several others were also eating there. We sat down and asked for some piyaju. He gave us some, and there was bit lobon (black salt) on the side. We sprinkled the black salt and started eating while the piyaju was still hot and sizzling.

The shop is run by only two people. They handle everything themselves—from frying to serving. People buy and eat from there. Today, we also brought some piyaju home.
